Cindy has been working in the field of special care since 2005. Currently the owner of two Level II special care homes in the Grand Falls area, Cindy has a very good knowledge of the sector. Wanting to make a difference for the long-term care sector, Cindy has been a member of the Board of Directors of the Association francophone des établissements de soins spéciaux for 11 years now. She is even the current vice-president. The reunification of the two associations makes Cindy happy because the reunification will bring a stronger voice for the sector. Cindy was pleased to join the Board of Directors of the newly reintegrated NB Special Care Home Association.
