Monica acquired her first Level II residence in 2007. In 2016, with a business partner, Monica acquired two other establishments, which is not surprising considering that she comes from a family of entrepreneurs. A graduate of the Pharmacy Technical Assistant program since 2001, Monica decided to continue her studies and completed her training and became a licensed pharmacy technician in 2016. There is no doubt that Monica is a very determined person, which is obviously very beneficial for her company and for the industry in general. Monica has been on the Board of Directors of the Association francophone des établissements de soins spéciaux for three years and is very excited about the reintegration of the two associations and serving on the Board of Directors of the newly reintegrated NB Special Care Home Association!
